Are your kids active in their community? Does their volunteer work benefit others?
If so, you might like to know that they’re eligible to win prizes and scholarships through Kohl’s Department Stores’ Kohl’s Cares Scholarship Program.
The company is giving out more than $415,000 in the form of gift cards and scholarships to young people who are making a positive impact on their neighborhoods.
Two nominees from each Kohl’s store will win a $50 Kohl’s gift card. More than 200 will win regional scholarships worth $1,000 that they can use for their post-secondary education.
There will also be 10 winners at the national level.
The contest is open to children 6 to 18 years old. Applications are being accepted through March 15 at kohlskids.com.
Kohl’s has awarded more than $2.6 million in scholarships and prizes through the program since 2001.
